Is Italian your mother tongue or are you fluent in Italian?Do you have experience in customer service and/or Office Admin?If so, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service / Office Admin Person to join their team.You will be required to work Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 to 18:30Role:• Dealing with Italian speaking customers via the telephone and over email• Credit Checking Customers• Associated administration• Updating the database• Making Verification Calls to Italian / UK customers• Interacting with the Italian office• Ensuring tasks are carried out as requested by your Line Manager and the Italian SupervisorAbout you:• Previous experience within an office environment• Be fluent in Italian• Have strong communication skills; written and verbal• Excellent customer service skills• Ability to use own initiativeBenefits:• Free on-site parking• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays• Working with a great team!Please be aware this is NOT a remote working position.
