We are currently recruiting for an Office Support Administrator to work for a company in Leighton Buzzard. This is a full time role and does offer hybrid working.
Key responsibilities but not limited to:
- Answering all telephone calls.
- Daily postal duties.
- Maintaining computer based records.
- Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Completing Companies House confirmation statement filings.
- Sending accounts documents.
- New client onboarding administration.
- Organising and sending regular client communications.
- Liaising with management to develop and update administrative systems where efficiencies can be gained.
- Calling and liaising with HMRC and Companies House on behalf of the accounts team.
- Filing accounts online with Companies House and HMRC.
- Other Ad-doc general administrative duties.
Key skills required:
- An excellent level of English spelling and grammar.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities at once.
- Good IT skills with a strong working knowledge of MS office.
- Good typing and keyboard skills.
- An organised and efficient approach to managing administrative processes.
- Experience using CCH software is preferable but not essential.
