Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our clients team in Newcastle Emlyn ASAP. This role offers the opportunity for long-term employment and career growth within a leading food manufacturer.
Responsibilities:
- Operating production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitoring the production process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Performing quality checks on products to identify defects or issues.
- Assisting with the packaging and labelling of finished products.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Following all company policies and procedures.
- Previous experience working in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
- Full training is provided
- Immediate start
- The position will go permanent in 12 weeks
