We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the client's office. This is a vital role within the organization, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, efficient, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate will be supporting the Internal Sales Team on order entry and assisting in WISMO enquiries. Customer care is paramount within this role, it is essential that the candidate builds an excellent rapport with the customer base.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Perform general clerical duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Daily use of MS Programmes such as Excel and Word.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Strong administrative and clerical skills.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Professional, proactive, energetic and keen team member.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, & Excel).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data entry.
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday 0800AM - 1700PM ( 1 Hour Lunch Break ). Temp to Perm role after a successful 12 week period.
You will be required to make your own way to and from the location of work.
