Job Description
Customer Service Officer:
- Working in the support centre managing high volume calls and queries
- Provide high-quality Customer Service via telephone and email
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of organisations services and offerings
- Uphold company policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Customer Service Officer' should have:
- Ideally worked in a high volume Customer Service environment previously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong focus on customer satisfaction
- The ability to work well in a team
- An understanding of not-for-profit organisations
