Customer Service Representative

If the answer is "Yes", then TATA Steel is looking for someone like you to join as a Customer Service Representative, to support the sales organisation and manufacturing teams.

Role - Customer Service Representative

Pay - £14.02ph

Location- TATA Steel, Llanwern

Hybrid working: office based Tuesdays and Thursdays. Remote working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 36.5 hours per week.

08:30-16:45 including an unpaid 45 minute break

Duration- 6 months initially

Start date - ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Offering customer support to stakeholders
• Communicating with internal and external contacts in a clear and efficient manner
• Providing resolutions to all queries raised to agreed service level agreements
• Managing and maintaining the order book
• Signposting stakeholders in the right direction for queries you are unable to resolve
• Handling any complaints in a quick and effective manner
• Collaborating data into IT systems
• Identifying room for improvement within the department
• Implementing and adhering to the company Health and Safety policy

Experience needed:

• Prior experience in a Customer Service administrative role
• Capacity to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic setting
• Must be a confident user of IT systems who records data effectively and accurately
• Experience using MS Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Desirable experience:

• Knowledge and experience using SAP
• Knowledge and experience using Share-point
