Customer Service Representative

If the answer is "Yes", then TATA Steel is looking for someone like you to join as a Customer Service Representative, to support the sales organisation and manufacturing teams.
Role - Customer Service Representative
Pay - £14.02ph
Location- TATA Steel, Llanwern
Hybrid working: office based Tuesdays and Thursdays. Remote working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Shift pattern- Mon-Fri, 36.5 hours per week.
08:30-16:45 including an unpaid 45 minute break
Duration-
6 months initially

Responsibilities:
Offering customer support to stakeholdersCommunicating with internal and external contacts in a clear and efficient mannerProviding resolutions to all queries raised to agreed service level agreementsManaging and maintaining the order bookSignposting stakeholders in the right direction for queries you are unable to resolveHandling any complaints in a quick and effective mannerCollaborating data into IT systemsIdentifying room for improvement within the departmentImplementing and adhering to the company Health and Safety policy Experience needed:
Prior experience in a Customer Service administrative roleCapacity to operate with minimal supervision in a dynamic settingMust be a confident user of IT systems who records data effectively and accuratelyExperience using MS ExcelStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills Desirable experience:
