We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Upsell products or services to increase revenue
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and information
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficient in phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries professionally
- Strong data entry skills to input customer details accurately
- Experience in upselling products or services is advantageous
- Proficiency in English is required
