Call Centre Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving billing issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upsell products
- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
- Maintain a high level of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information and make sound decisions
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £25,091.85 per year
