About you:
Friendly and caring, You'll be the go-to person for our nursing team, guiding them through their daily tasks, mentoring student nurses, and ensuring everyone feels heard and supported. From handling complaints with care to running the show during surgeries and consultations, your expertise will shine in every aspect of veterinary care.
About the role:
Ideally, you would be experienced in all aspects of veterinary nursing and have some previous experience being a clinical coach and also managing rotas for a team. We would like to have you involved during management meetings, sharing your insights, suggesting solutions, and helping shape our long-term strategies. Your voice matters, and your ideas will help us grow and improve every day. Aside from your professional duties, you'll also get to add some fun to our days! Organizing birthday celebrations and social events helping to keep our practice not just a workplace but a community.
This is a full-time role between 35 and 40 hours per week. Saturdays are shared on a rota basis of 1 in 5 the opening hours are 9 to 5 and are factored into the weekly hours.

- Competitive salary to £35,000 for 40 hours per week DOE
