Customer Services Advisor
Are you passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service, who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment?
We're seeking enthusiastic and service-focused Customer Services Advisors to join our Call Centre Team in Thornaby. You'll be the friendly voice of toob, resolving enquiries via phone, email, and social media, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our people-centric culture.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling customer enquiries across multiple channels with efficiency and professionalism
- Using your product knowledge and empathy to understand and address customer needs
- Communicating complex information clearly and effectively.
- Proactively engaging with customers to resolve issues and maximise satisfaction
- Maintaining accurate records and follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution
- Taking ownership of complaints and see them through to resolution
- Exceeding KPIs and SLAs to ensure productivity targets are consistently achieved.

- Previous experience in Customer Service is a must

Our team operates on a rotational shift basis, including 1 weekend in 4 and some late shifts. Flexibility is key, with shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm.
