CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a company in the pharmaceutical industry at their site based in Basingstoke on a contract basis for 6 months.
Salary:
Hourly between 11.65 and 15.54 PAYE
Customer Service Representative Role:
Manage Customer communications (calls, emails etc.) working closely with an external call centre service provider.Direct support & liaison with Company Sales TeamsProcessing supply ordersProvide first line administration support including payment & accounting administration.Generate and review daily, weekly and monthly reports from local systems and review data & analytics for control purposes, including analysis of sales (tableau, excel / business objects)Review purchasing patterns and make recommendations on future supply plans
Your Background:
We are looking for an individual who is happy working in a teamCan-do attitude and a drive to close out activities.Strong communications skills, face to face and telephone manner.Data review and analysis experience is good to have - knowledge of tools like Excel, Tableau, Business objects.
