My client is seeking a diligent Customer Service Representative with a great attention to detail to offer an excellent service to stakeholders within their community. You will have a natural passion for relationship management as well as being exceptionally organised to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working within the charity sector will be advantageous.
Location: A hybrid position with the ability to travel to Reading, Theale and South Oxforshire
Hours: 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: 26000 - 30000

As the Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- To process all donations received in line with service level agreements.
- To work with the Supporter Care team (based in London) to deliver an excellent level of customer care to fundraising supporters of the Charity.
- To be responsible for championing and embedding supporter care and fundraising compliance best practice across the department and amongst other key stakeholders.

The successful Customer Service Representative will possess the follow skills/experience:
- Previous experience of working within charity/third sector
- Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under own initiative and unsupervised.
- Organised and efficient, able to balance multiple priorities and manage own time efficiently.
- Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Willingness to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
- Proficient with MS Office
