The UK subsidiary of a leading multinational chemical company is seeking a Customer Service professional to work within their small and friendly customer support team in Bracknell. This role would suit someone with previous experience in sales support and/or co-ordination between customers and overseas production units.
THE ROLE
The position involves B2B Customer Services: sales support, order processing and logistics support
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively manage the whole sales order process from order entry to delivery, via phone, video conferencing and emailBe the coordinator between customer/sales manager/production plant and haulierBe the primary point of contact for your assigned customers and distributorsSupport the sales team in maintaining client partnerships CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot and prioritiseExcellent attention to detail, accuracy and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience using Office365; including Word, Powerpoint and ExcelGerman language skills would be an advantage but not essentialExperience using SAP and/or Salesforce would be an advantage but not essential POSITION: Permanent, full-time
SALARY: ca GBP35,000 per annum, (depending on experience) + up to 15% bonus + excellent benefits (24 days holiday, pension, private health insurance)
LOCATION: Bracknell
WORK HOURS: 08:30-17:00, Hybrid working (office-based ca 60%)
