Customer Service Agent – Direct and Trade

Are you a Customer Service professional looking to join a thriving, entrepreneurial company? AttractionTickets.com, the leading broker for major theme parks in the UK, Ireland, and Germany, is seeking a talented Customer Service Agent to provide exceptional post-booking support to our valued customers.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring they are equipped with everything they need prior to travel. You will take ownership of bookings, liaise with internal departments to resolve queries and deliver on promises of callbacks and updates. Your in-depth product knowledge and understanding of our Terms and Conditions will be crucial in providing the best service in the sector.
