Your new role
Your new role will see you working in an extremely busy and challenging office environment. You will be responsible for providing excellent Customer Service and developing positive relationships with all customers. You will work closely with the planning team, responding to and resolving customer issues and complaints.
What you'll need to succeed
You will put to use your previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-call-volume Customer Service environment. Your excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills will make you a perfect candidate for this role.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a salary of £27k dependent on experience, 23-day annual leave plus 8 bank holidays. Car parking, as well as many more company benefits.
