Customer Service Representative - Car Insurance

Salary: Competitive salary starting from £20,500 plus annual bonusWorking Hours: Full time, 36 hours per weekColleagues in our General Insurance department support Tesco Bank customers with their home and motor insurance needs. You will be supporting customers who hold a policy with us and servicing their needs, including making changes to their policy. You may also be required to handle and resolve customer complaints.After initial onsite training and reaching competency in role, you will have the choice to be office based or to hybrid work from home via our ‘Moments that Matter’ working model.
