Cambridge - Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) - £29K+Benefits
I am working with a global technology company, based in Cambridgeshire. They are now looking for a German speaking Customer Service Representative to join them. The successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for the companies’ clients in Germany, providing customer support via email and telephone.
Requirements
Fluent in German and English, with good oral and written communication skills
Ability to pick up new skills quickly
Experience working within a Customer Service role is preferred, but not essential
A good understanding of technology is beneficial, but not essential
This is a hybrid role with the requirement of working 2 days a week in my clients Cambridge office.
