Family run, expanding business, who have recently moved into brand new, modern offices based in Harlow, now seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their small, friendly, close-knit team!

Our clients goal is to provide their customers with life-changing products and industry leading Customer Service.

Customer Service Representative

£24,000 - £26,000

Monthly bonus for hitting KPIs & Annual pay review and bonus

Full-time, 5-day workweek (1 in 3 Saturdays included)

28-days annual leave (doesn't include bank holidays)

The Role

Engage with customers via phone, email, and their exclusive showroom

Provide knowledgeable information on products and pricing

Secure orders, manage payments, and exceed customer expectations

Collaborate with teams to meet customer needs

Data entry, refunds, and returns

Ideal Candidate

Experience in a Customer Service role

Comfortable taking incoming calls

Excited about being part of a company's journey!
