This position will be for a FOUR day working week. This will include a range of day time and evening work but hours can be negotiable.
The individual is required to have a passion for Customer Service and will be required to immerse themselves into a busy restaurant environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet & Greet Customers
- Prepare Bills
- Organise daily restaurant bookings
- Collaborate with the various departments
- Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Deal with customer enquiries
- Assist with staff training
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Answer phones
- Take bookings
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience is desirable
- Have a UK driving license
- Show attention to cleanliness and safety
- Offer flexibility
- Patience and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
- Responsible and trustworthy
