Based in Liverpool, my client who is a specialist in the glass industry is seeking a professional sales and service advisor to join their organisation on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will join a small office team as the sales and service representative, where you will play a pivotal role in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Your responsibilities will include
Speaking with a high volume of clients that have been sent quotes for business and closing the sale
Providing a first class service for all customers
Updating and creating spreadsheets utilising excel
Dealing with enquiries via phone websites and social media
Driving sales through effective communication
What you\'ll need to succeed
A proven history within a fast-paced sales and service environment
Excellent communication skills
Very personable and professional
Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Ideally, be able to drive
