Hours of Work: 40 hours (Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00) Salary: £24,500 per year
Location: Preston, Lancashire (On site, no remote working) Main Purpose
The Customer Service / Sales Advisor will be responsible for ensuring all new and prospective Complaints / sales are progressed through the system in a quick and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will be excellent at multi-tasking, have good organisational skills and ideally have Customer Service/sales administration experience if not training will be provided.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
◦ Taking sales calls in a professional & friendly manner ◦ Liaising with customers,
◦ Ensuring the complaint information is up to date on the system ◦ Keeping customers up to date on progression of complaints ◦ Ensuring internal processes are followed
◦ Preparing reports and forecasts for management ◦ Maintaining customer records
◦ Any such general administration duties that may be required. Key Competence Requirements
◦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
◦ Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task and meet deadlines
◦ Professional telephone manner
◦ Keen eye for attention to detail
◦ Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience and/or Qualifications (Preferred)
◦ Full UK Driving Licence
◦ Existing experience in Customer service / Sales Administration ◦ Call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
◦ Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
◦ A-Level or equivalent (Preferred)
