Healthcare Sales Advisor
£25,840basic + VERY generous monthly bonus (Expected to make £40,000+ in your first year!)

Permanent position- To start early March!
9:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday
I am excited to be working in partnership with a leading insurance company based in Central Dartford to find the perfect candidate to add to their expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity to make fantastic bonus in a highly consultative and advice driven environment where you will be assisting customers to choose policies that are right for them. No prior sales experience is necessary; however, a confident, positive attitude is imperative.
Duties:
· Outbound calls to customers to offer advice
· Working towards targets and securing policies
· Consulting Customers on different options available
· Diary management and prioritising call backs
· Updating customer details on the online system
Skills required:
· True passion for exceptional Customer Service
· Ability to prioritise, organise and multi-task seamlessly
· Communicative and confident when speaking with clients
· Honest, conscientious, and professional
· Sales/ Customer Service experience - although the right attitude and personality to will be the most important thing they are looking for!
