Form of workAbsolute Industrial Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Customer Service / Sales Executive on behalf of their clients based in Oldbury.
The Customer Service / Sales Executive will be joining a current Sales Team due to company growth and will be responsible for looking after new and existing customers and maximising opportunities by providing an excellent Customer Service experience.
The working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 5pm.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a company with a record of continued growth, especially over the last 12 months.
The current workplace team are friendly, enthusiastic and are all team players.
Duties & Responsibilities will include;
- Providing quotations to customers who make contact via telephone, email, over the counter and via website and sales platforms
- Processing sales orders
- Providing product knowledge and technical advice to existing and prospective customers
- Establishing, developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Providing an after sales service and following up with customer reviews
- Resolving customer problems and complaints to ensure a positive outcome and complete customer satisfaction
- Maximising opportunities by identifying new business and potential customers
- Acquiring product knowledge by training and attending regular meetings
- Contributing to the team by accomplishing required results
- Enforcing company standards at all times
- Reporting to the Sales Manager and carrying out any other assigned duties by management

- Previous sales experience within a similar role
The basic salary will be between £23,000pa - £25,000pa starting with guaranteed on target earnings of £28,000 within the first 6 months and OTE £30,000 thereafter.
Full training for this position will be provided.
