Adecco UK are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our most prestigious clients for a Customer Service Advisor.

***Full Time and Part Time Positions Available***
Duration - 06 months with potential for extension
Location - City Centre, Southampton
Pay Rate - 11.20
Training - Training will be full time hours between 09:00 - 17:00 Monday - Friday for 4 weeks
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Main duties are split between responding to customers via email and answering a variety of inbound calls, such as providing information on journeys, compensation, refunds and complaint handling whilst delivering an excellent customer experience and ensuring all relevant information is captured efficiently and accurately.
The successful candidate for the Customer Service advisor position will need to have the following experience:
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Professional verbal/written communication skills
- Confident and clear telephone manner
- Willingness and ability to adapt to change
- Good IT skills and an ability to learn new technology and processes quickly
- A passion for delivering excellent Customer Service
Shift Pattern
Our customer contact centre is open 7 days a week between the hours of 08:00 - 20:00.
You will be expected to join our main roster covering these hours, working 37 hours over a 5-day week between Monday - Saturday with a requirement for additional rostered Sundays (which is built into the main roster).
Overtime rates offered for any hours worked past the contracted amount of 37 and for working Sundays
