The working hours are 8.30am - 5pm Mon to Thurs with 45 mins for lunch, Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our client based in Ashford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional Customer Service and administrative support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent Customer Service and support to clients
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns as needed
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Continuously improve Customer Service processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role within an office setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Service software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
