Property Manager- Lettings - Liverpool - Full time - GBP27K

We are currently looking for an experienced Property Manager on behalf of our luxury client to provide comprehensive Property and Tenancy Management. This role will require you to act as a key contact for our developments, and is a great opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest privately owned real estate investment companies!

Primary Responsibilities:

• Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries, and complaints
• Acting as the face of our developments.
• Providing a high level of care and service to our customers
• Assisting in the implementation of customer engagement strategies, customer communications, customer feedback and satisfaction.
• Taking ownership for any estates/blocks within their patch,
• Conducting regular walk throughs of those estates/blocks and taking immediate action to put right any issues identified.
• Co-ordinating maintenance for properties including liaising with contractors and Landlords to ensure authorisation for work.
• Management of any associated invoices.
• Attending tenants / owners' properties, in the event of any major incidents
• Ensuring Landlords are compliant with any Local Authority Licensing Schemes and relevant legislation.
• Managing the Tenancy renewal process

Key Requirements:

• Full UK driving license and own your own car.
• Several years of previous experience of property/lettings management
• Proven track record in achieving lettings targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Computer literate
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills
