- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of supervising and motivating teams
