Customer Service Supervisor

- Manage and supervise the Customer Service team to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or issues in a professional manner
- Develop and implement Customer Service policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with customers and resolve complaints promptly
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience

Experience:

- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Proven track record of supervising and motivating teams

Pay: £28,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
