As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a two-person team and overseeing the day to day operations, making sure that KPIs are met and maintaining excellent communication links between departments on various levels.

As the Customer Service Team Leader you will be:
• Ensuring departmental KPIs are met
• Leading 2 team members and supporting them in handling day-to-day functions
• Maintaining the internal database to a highly accurate standard
• Liaising with customers, engineers, and other departments at various levels of the business
• Liaising with engineers regarding process of calls, closing jobs when completed and raising any necessary invoices
• Liaising with customers and credit control regarding invoice queries, settlement of invoices, credit notes and order processing

Who we're looking for:
We'd love to connect with candidates who have had 1+ years of experience in a supervisory office-based role and who have a real passion for leadership and a hands-on mentality. You will be PC literate with Excel experience and will be an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate should have an interest in the Engineering sector and be process-driven.
