We are looking for an experienced, professional and client-focused Customer Service Executive / Supervisor to join an innovative company that is rapidly expanding across the UK as their Customer Service Team Lead.

Key responsibilities as the Customer Service Team Lead will include:
- Answering queries from clients
- Focusing on retaining existing customer volume at 95%
- Creating opportunities to grow the existing client base by 10% year-on-year
- Liaising with existing customers, demonstrating the company’s multi-channel service solutions
- Highlighting client concerns to ensure resolutions
- Maintaining the CRM
- Ensuring excellent levels of customer care is provided to all clients at all times
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service roles
- B2B experience is highly desirable
- Impeccable communication skills
- Ability to communicate and build lasting relationships with clients
- Skilled in handling client concerns
- Driven to provide high levels of Customer Service at all times, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
- Professional nature and presentation
- Supervisory / Team Leader experience is highly beneficial
- Happy to work in a professional office environment
- PC literate - previous experience of CRM systems is highly beneficial
