Customer Service Team Lead - Innovative and Expanding Co. - Dereham - £30k-£35k (DoE)

We are looking for an experienced, professional and client-focused Customer Service Executive / Supervisor to join an innovative company that is rapidly expanding across the UK as their Customer Service Team Lead.

Key responsibilities as the Customer Service Team Lead will include:

  • Answering queries from clients
  • Focusing on retaining existing customer volume at 95%
  • Creating opportunities to grow the existing client base by 10% year-on-year
  • Liaising with existing customers, demonstrating the company’s multi-channel service solutions
  • Highlighting client concerns to ensure resolutions
  • Maintaining the CRM
  • Ensuring excellent levels of customer care is provided to all clients at all times

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in fast-paced Customer Service roles
  • B2B experience is highly desirable
  • Impeccable communication skills
  • Ability to communicate and build lasting relationships with clients
  • Skilled in handling client concerns
  • Driven to provide high levels of Customer Service at all times, ensuring client retention and satisfaction
  • Professional nature and presentation
  • Supervisory / Team Leader experience is highly beneficial
  • Happy to work in a professional office environment
  • PC literate - previous experience of CRM systems is highly beneficial
