An established company are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leaderto join their team. TheCustomer Service Team Leader role involves supporting the wider team, setting up new contracts and logging/booking jobs to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department.

Service Controller Team Leader responsibilities:
- Supporting the team within a busy department
- Setting up new contracts and cancelling/amending contracts
- Logging and booking works on behalf of Technicians
- Dealing with Technician queries, access requests and any issues
- Organising reports for Technicians
- Organising emergency call outs
- Checking if call outs have been completed
- Managing the inbox and responding to queries
- Accurately updating purchase orders
- Chasing billing queries
- Updating client portals with all necessary information
- Answering the service line and sales line as required
- Dealing with RAMS documents
- Organising holidays and lunch breaks
Service Controller Team Leader required skills/competencies:
- Previous experience within a similar role desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
- Excellent organisational skills
