Our client based in Crownhill are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their small but busy team on a 6 month maternity cover.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
• Manage 2 Customer Service Representatives and their workload
• Key Role to help grow sales
• Deal direct with customers
• Work closely with field sales; prepare quotes and push aftermarket sales
• Progress orders by working with all internal departments
• Order Processing in Salesforce
• Respond promptly to customer queries!
• Regular reporting to Management Key Competencies
• Communication skills verbal and written
• Calm under pressure
• Comfortable in international environment
• Experience in handling customer enquiries
Education and Experience
• Previous recent management experience
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce - Advantageous - Happy to train
• Sales/Customer Service background
• Ideally from Technical/Manufacturing background
