I am currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join a fantastic company based in Aylesbury.
You will be responsible to oversee the day to day running of the team, making sure all focus is set on achieving KPIS, delivering a high level of Customer Service, have knowledge of disciplinary and performance management procedures and work towards deadlines.
Customer Service Team Leader duties:
- Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone
- Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales
- Conduct monthly 1-2-1’s
- Conduct call listening and complaint investigations
- Account manage any accounts
- Courtesy calling existing customers
- Up selling to new and existing customers
