Our well-established and highly successful client are looking for a Customer ServicesTeam Leader. This role will be based at their head office in High Wycombe and will offer a slightly hybrid working pattern after initial training with great company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, excellent holiday package and a fantastic subsidised canteen.
Role responsibilities:
- Providing excellent department administration
- Having a full knowledge of all procedures within your department
- Supporting the Department Manager at all times
- Daily running of allocated team of roughly 10-12
- Ensuring all team members work to their targets
- Providing all reports as required
- Coach and develop Team Members
- Maintain and enhance Customer Service standards
- Complete and assist with projects
Candidate Profile:
- Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential, ideally within the healthcare sector or within a call centre environment
- Strong people management skills and able to set and monitor targets
- Excellent Customer Service skills
