Hours: 09:30am to 17:30pm (37.5 hours per week).

Pertemps are recruiting for a Customer Service Team Member for our prestigious, Kettering based client.
Our client wants to add to their established Customer Service Contact Centre. In addition to the role being telephoned and email based, you will also be required to have very accurate administration experience.
About the role:
Inbound and outbound calls to customers and internal stakeholders regarding all things related to customer’s orders, prices, promotions and the occasional problem. In this role you’re there to support their internal stakeholders and their customers – consisting of both commercial and retail customers. All activities will have their own range of demands, which you will be expected to meet.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain predetermined service levels
- Provide a professional service to internal stakeholders and customers
- Escalate unresolved issues as required
- Provide ad hoc administrative and Customer Service support to non UK customers
- Process orders and credits within the internal CS System
- Be capable of developing a broad product knowledge to adequately perform the function of the role
- Facilitate direct supplier orders
- Recognise and participate in continuous improvement opportunities
- Be capable of liaising between different departments to ensure desired outcomes and information flow
