Part TimeCustomer Service Team Member on a permanent basis to work 3 days each week - Monday, Wednesday & Friday - these days are set and the successful candidate will need to be available on these days each week.The main purpose of this role is to work as part of the
Customer Service Team and handle incoming enquiries, orders and outbound calls to franchisees and customers via various contact points.Main Responsibilities of this role:-
- Manage and maintain predetermined service levels
- Provide a professional service to franchisees and customers
- Escalate unresolved issues as required
- Provide ad hoc administrative and Customer Service support to non UK customers
- Process orders and credits within the internal CS System
- Be capable of developing a broad product knowledge to adequately perform the function of the role
- Facilitate direct supplier orders
- Recognise and participate in continuous improvement opportunities
- Display case management skills
- Be capable of liaising between different departments to ensure desired outcomes and information flow
- The role may require the incumbent to perform any other duties to ensure the efficient running of their department or area
About you We are looking for someone who:
- Has excellent interpersonal skills, good telephone manner and a professional approach
- Possesses excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Has a high level of competency in IT (email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Is able to prioritise work, cope with competing deadlines and use initiative in a variety of situations
- Understands the need for confidentiality, tact and discretion
- Has a strong attention to detail
- Has an organised and methodical approach to administrative duties.
- Is accurate and pays attention to detail
- Has the ability to work on their own and display initiative
- Behaves in a professional manner that does not bring the brand into ill repute
- Has obtained 5 GCSE's at grade C or above, or has 2 years Customer Service experience
