This position as a Customer Service Team Member will be working within a small team in an open plan office based in Lutterworth.
As a Customer Services Representative, it will be you responsibility to:
- Further develop and strengthen our customer relationships.
- Take orders (phone or email) and raising orders
- Checking the accuracy of orders raised to avoid Misloads
- Deal with general customer queries
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- In addition, work closely with account managers to better understand and anticipate customer needs.
- The role also involves significant general administration duties.
To successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and other contacts
- Good numeracy and literacy. Precise and accurate, for example when raising and checking orders.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to develop these further
