Job description

This position as a Customer Service Team Member will be working within a small team in an open plan office based in Lutterworth. 

As a Customer Services Representative, it will be you responsibility to:

  • Further develop and strengthen our customer relationships.
  • Take orders (phone or email) and raising orders
  • Checking the accuracy of orders raised to avoid Misloads
  • Deal with general customer queries
  • Liaising with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • In addition, work closely with account managers to better understand and anticipate customer needs.
  • The role also involves significant general administration duties.

To successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers and other contacts
  • Good numeracy and literacy. Precise and accurate, for example when raising and checking orders.
  • Strong IT skills with the ability to develop these further
