We have a great opportunity for an HR Business Support Partner working on our Excalibur programme on a 12 month fixed term contract. This role will be field based and ideally you will be located in the south or centrally.
Working as part of a small but successful high performance team, you will play a critical role in supporting transformational HR-related programme deliverables and enabling the implementation of high-profile business change. HR-related Excalibur activity, largely supporting the Operations function will prepare their Service Centres and leadership teams for the integration of Manhattan and SAP.
The key accountabilities of the role:
- Contributing to the end-to-end design and delivery of people development strategies. Supporting the embedding of cultural change.
- Executing all assigned HR-related activity within the HR workstream scope. This may be individual actions providing tools and templates or liaising with relevant Centres of Excellence to support.
- Provide coaching and guidance to People Leaders, developing people skills and supporting HR Forward, including the full utilisation of HR systems (i.e. Workday).
