We are seeking a temporary Administrator to provide essential support to our HR team. This role is set to commence in the next couple of weeks and will last for approximately 5 months, so commitment for the duration is necessary. The working hours are 21 per week, which can be spread over 3 or 4 days, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.
Day-to-day of the role:- Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the HR team.
- Handle confidential documents with the utmost discretion.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files and records.
- Assist with the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Provide clerical support to HR projects and initiatives.
- Work independently with limited supervision, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in handling confidential information.
- Confidence in working autonomously.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools.
- Previous HR experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.00.
