Job description

Looking to elevate your career in Human Resources? Our client are looking for a HR Administrator to join their buzzing team based in Slough.
This is a 4 month temp to perm position
Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficient management and triage of the HR inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to email enquiries
  • Administration of new starter inductions and coordination of leaver procedures
  • Crafting and distributing Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
  • Diligent completion of pre-employment checks, including reference collection and right to work versification
  • Routine management of the HR Information System (HRIS)
  • Compilation and presentation of HR reports derived from the HRIS
  • Administrative support for various HR processes, including note-taking for meetings related to investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
  • Assistance with recruitment drives, including coordination of temporary staffing requirements
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Proven track record in a fast-paced HR environment
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, Employment Law Legislation, and HR administration practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities
Desirable Experience:
  • Familiarity with Cloud-based HR systems
