This is a 4 month temp to perm position
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient management and triage of the HR inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to email enquiries
- Administration of new starter inductions and coordination of leaver procedures
- Crafting and distributing Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment
- Diligent completion of pre-employment checks, including reference collection and right to work versification
- Routine management of the HR Information System (HRIS)
- Compilation and presentation of HR reports derived from the HRIS
- Administrative support for various HR processes, including note-taking for meetings related to investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, and absence management
- Assistance with recruitment drives, including coordination of temporary staffing requirements
- Proven track record in a fast-paced HR environment
- Strong understanding of GDPR, Employment Law Legislation, and HR administration practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail coupled with robust problem-solving capabilities
- Familiarity with Cloud-based HR systems
