About the Company: Our client, a family-run business with over 10 years of establishment, has evolved into a nationwide market leader, employing over 100 staff. They are currently looking to expand their team in Ringwood and offer a temporary to Permanent position with long-term career prospects.
Role and Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling warm enquiries and engaging with potential customers.
- Arranging appointments for sales representatives
- Working collaboratively in a supportive team environment.
Working Hours: The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, with two shift options: 9:00-17:30 or 10:30-19:00. Additionally, you will be required to work every other Saturday from 9:00-13:30.
Salary and Benefits:
- Hourly wage of 11.28
- Temporary to Permanent role with a starting salary of 22,000
- OTE (On Target Earnings) of 50,000

Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Enjoys working in a supportive team environment.
