SALARY: £24,850
HOURS: 37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday
Office Angels are working with a brilliant client based just outside Bedford that require a Full time Customer Service /Care advisor on a temporary assignment to join their busy team.
As the Customer Care Administrator, you will be adding customer orders to the system whilst providing high quality Customer Service to our client's customers. This role will also facilitate the relationship between our clients and their external partners.
On a day to day bases you will be carrying out the following. :-
Providing efficient and effective admin support to the Customer Service team.
Following established procedures Contact point for customers and carriers to uphold and implement our clients' terms and conditions policy.
To maintain correct customer information on an in-house system, process daily orders and answering incoming calls from B2B customers.
To be successful in this role your CV will demonstrate that you have previous experience of Customer Service roles and dealing with issues and complaints from start to finish, no passing the buck! You will be ,articulate, Organised, Accurate (record keeping and reporting), Proactive in resolving customer issues and able to build rapport with customers.
