Exciting Customer Service Advisor Opportunity!
We are actively searching for dedicated individuals with a strong Customer Service background to become integral members of my clients dynamic team, a leader in Lab Equipment and Lab Supplies.
Rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Week 2: 9:15 AM to 5:15 PM
- Finish 15 minutes early on Fridays
Pay rate 11.44 per hour
Key Requirements:
- Customer service background is essential
- IT literacy is a must
- Proficiency in handling customer phone calls and navigating systems
- Team integration skills are crucial
- Hybrid work model (3 days office, 2 days home post-training)
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficient and accurate order entry
- Handling and responding to customer problems, orders, and inquiries via various channels
- Serving as a customer advocate, resolving sophisticated queries, and ensuring high levels of Customer Service
- Exceeding set SLAs and targets
- Handling all queries within established processes
- Striving for continuous process improvement and exceptional service delivery
- Participating in the departmental training plan and committing to continuous personal improvement
- Effectively planning and prioritising workload to avoid backlogs
Minimum Requirements (Non-negotiable):
- Proven ability to multitask in a flexible and fast-paced office environment
- Success in a target-driven workplace
- Previous experience in business administration and data entry
- Attention to detail
- Persistence, self-direction, and results orientation
- Ability to influence and work effectively across the organisation
- Proficiency in English (verbal and written)
- Appreciation and understanding of delivering excellent Customer Service
