The Role

As part of our established Solar team you will be responsible for:

• Providing excellent Customer Service by taking incoming calls and assisting with any enquiries
• Liaising with external customers via telephone and email
• Taking our customers through the process of booking a survey and installation appointments
• Ensuring every customer receives great Customer Service
• Updating various systems, including spreadsheets and databases
• Maintain CRM system

Requirements

Who are we looking for? The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Proficiency in Office 365 applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent organisation skills
• Proactive and able to work on own initiative
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, specifically via telephone and email
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with colleagues and external contracts

Terms & Conditions

Competitive salary based on knowledge, skills and experience

From £23,201 per annum

Full time 39 hours per week or part time if preferred
