Hays are working with a well established company in Droitwich who are looking to appoint a Customer Services Advisor on a temporary to permanent basis. This is an exciting new opportunity to join a growing business. Shift patterns are available and are as follows:
Full-time hours (35h): 09:00 - 17:00 / 11:00 - 19:00 (Weekly Rotating). Part-time hours: 25 h : 09:00 - 14:00 / 14:00 - 19:00 (weekly rotating). 30h : 09:00 - 15:00 / 13:00 - 19:00 (weekly rotating) Your new roleAs a
Customer Services Advisor, your role will involve:
To answer all incoming calls, to convert this call to an appointment which meets the company criteria. To ring through all new leads and all outstanding leads on a daily basis to convert them to an appointment. To pass all appointment lead sheets and quotation request sheets to the relevant Sales Coordinator unless the appointment is able to be "self-confirmed". To deal with unconverted leads as appropriate. When receiving a call from a customer who wishes to cancel an appointment, pass it to the relevant Sales Coordinator immediately. To liaise with Admin Support/Contact Centre Manager about any queries or problems. To assist with the effective provision of outstanding customer service. To work in a safe and effective manner, ensuring you do not cause harm to yourself or your work colleagues. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager any aspects of Health and Safety that may cause concern. Any other duties as deemed necessary. What you'll need to succeed B2C Telemarketing and call centre experience Target driven and self-motivated. Proven track record of achieving targets. Good listener, resilient with a strong focus on empathy and integrity. Excellent telephone and computer skills, such as office applications, emails and CRM systems.
