I am currently recruiting for a Customer Service position. The is a great opportunity to join a global very successful company.

Salary:- £34,501

Location:- Crewe

Hybrid working

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of Customer Service, Dealing with tight deadlines, and regulatory restrictions, with a high level of accuracy in dealing with many departments.

I am looking for someone resilient, easy to talk to, a team player, good communication skills, good at working under pressure. Good IT skills including Excel, SAP would be an advantage.

Daily Duties include:-

Process customer orders

Deal with customers over the phone, e-mail and online

Check correct stock is allocated to the orders

Monitor and adjust orders

Manage the billing of the UK
