What is the role?
You will be a Customer Services Administrator for us, acting as the first point of contact and providing support to specified clients - You'll be responsible for coordinating internal resources to ensure tasks are delivered in in line with required outcome's. This can involve planning of resources for the delivery of training through to dealing with 'What if' situations that will require a team effort to solve. Your role will be to monitor and highlight issues or risks that you see potentially occurring.
What will I be doing day-to-day?
- You will be part of the programmes team, supporting with customer service and administration across the whole portfolio of clients
- Responsible for onboarding of apprentices, the joining process, organising bookings, dealing with evaluations where necessary
- Liaising internally here at QA with different stakeholders and maintaining strong relationships with the team
- Interrogate relevant systems to produce reports for clients to support the management of their programmes and events
- You may be travelling to support live events taking place
- Escalate risks to ensure appropriate action is taken to mitigate them
What are the skills and requirements needed for this role?
- Customer services background in any industry
- Administration background in any industry
- Experience dealing with stakeholders internally/external
- Business acumen needed - prior experience with Excel, MS Office and similar
- Attention to detail and organisation skills required
- Accuracy skills required
