Up to £22,000 per annum, depending on experience
37.5 hours per week

As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:
- Handle customer enquiries (both via telephone and website), supplying customers with information about the services offered at the hospital
- Communicate with customers both over the telephone and via email, and where necessary face to face providing excellent customer service
- Provide customers with information regarding Hospital services and treatments ensuring all requirements/queries are dealt with effectively
- Log enquiries on the Hospital CRM and oversee the customer journey
- Undertake bookings for the customers ensuring full adherence to GDPR
- Ensure all customer interaction is undertaken in a timely manor
- Organise and support delivery of patient and GP facing consultant events
- Support general marketing of the service
You may be required to provide support and general assistance to other areas within the multidisciplinary team as necessary and ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format. You will also help support our patient and community events as and when required.
To succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will need:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven experience in customer service
- To be a confident and customer-focused communicator with the ability to manage, appraise and interpret the right data, and to present it in a timely and professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good level of IT literacy
- Good organisational skills
- Ideally educated to GCSE in English and Maths with NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, you will have good IT and keyboard skills. Experience within an administrative or customer facing environment would be a real advantage.

Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital
The Exeter Nuffield hospital is based next to the RD&E hospital in Wonford, Exeter. The hospital has 2 theatres, as well as a hybrid cardiac catheter laboratory/theatre and an Endoscopy suite. There are two ward areas: an inpatient area with 21 beds and a day-case ward with 12 beds. We also have a busy outpatient department, pharmacy, physiotherapy, and radiology department including an MRI scanner. We specialise in elective orthopaedic and spinal surgery, cardiology including invasive procedures, general surgery, plastics and cosmetic surgery, ENT, and gynaecology. The Hospital has a MAKO robot that undertakes some of the joint replacement surgery which we have become well known for in this field of surgery.
