My client is looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join the Reigate branch.
Your Role: As a Customer Service Consultant, you’ll be the face of the business, engaging with customers to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions. You’ll offer information on our full range of products and services, ensuring a straightforward and helpful experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for our customers, offering exceptional service.
- Proactively reach out to customers to discuss their needs.
- Educate customers on our products and services across various channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and support vulnerable customers.
