We are looking for a Customer Services/Helpdesk Assistant to join this friendly, family-owned business with its head office based in South East London. They have an impressive client list and hold the Royal Warrant along with other industry accolades.
What will you be doing?
- Be first point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests
- Logging work order requests an updating their internal database
- Delivery of updates and tracking requests through to job completion
- Understanding and identifying and applying SLA for each service requests
- Sorting and dispatching calls to staff and subcontractors
- Plan daily workload for field staff
- Ad-hoc administration duties
- Escalate any complaints as required an support continuous improvement to reduce levels of customer complaints

What do you need to be successful?
- Live within a reasonable commute to South East London, Catford, Lewisham and surrounding areas
- Have good customer service experience
- Great PC skills

- Fabulous organisation skills
